Court-ordered and probation testing in Fort Worth.

Bring your written court, attorney or supervision-program instructions to Test First in White Settlement. We help match the requested drug or alcohol collection with the required panel, documentation and result recipient. Obtain approval from your requesting agency before using a collection site.

Review the published testing prices, then confirm the exact court or program requirements before paying.

What Test First provides

Professional service with clear documentation

Follow the actual order

A court or supervision program may specify a panel, specimen, deadline or laboratory. A convenient walk-in test is useful only if it satisfies those instructions.

Documentation from collection onward

Tell staff that the test is for a legal or program requirement before collection. Confirm identity verification, chain of custody and who is authorized to receive the report.

Choose the right alcohol test

Breath testing and laboratory tests for alcohol markers answer different questions. Bring the exact request instead of selecting a test by name or price alone.

What to expect

A straightforward testing process

  1. 01

    Ask the requesting agency

Verify that Test First and the proposed laboratory or test are acceptable. Ask how the final report must be delivered and whether advance authorization is required.

  2. 02

    Bring ID and instructions

Bring government-issued photo ID, the written test order, your deadline and the authorized recipient’s details. Call ahead for specialty collections.

  3. 03

    Confirm the timeline

Allow for collection and laboratory processing. Staff can discuss current turnaround, but cannot extend a court or supervision deadline.

Common questions

Answers before you visit

Will any court or probation office accept the result?

Acceptance is decided by the requesting court, agency or program. Obtain its approval before testing; collection at Test First does not guarantee acceptance.

Hair, nail, urine and breath-alcohol options are listed among our services. Confirm that the ordered panel, specimen and documentation can be provided before visiting.

Can I choose a less expensive test instead?

Use the test required by your written instructions. Ask the requesting agency to approve any change before collection.

Can I visit on Saturday or Sunday?

Eligible walk-in testing is available Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Call ahead if the order requires a specialty specimen, particular laboratory or appointment.
