A $20 late weekday walk-in fee applies to arrivals after 4:30 PM and before 5:00 PM. The individual being tested is responsible for paying the fee at the time of service.
After-hours fees
A $400 after-hours call-out fee applies; testing and travel charges are additional. Call 214-275-6300 to arrange a collection and obtain a response time before traveling. After-hours visits require confirmation; the clinic is not continuously staffed 24 hours a day.
