What types of drug tests do you offer?
Urine, hair, nail, oral-fluid and breath-alcohol testing, including DOT, Non-DOT and specialty panels.
How long does a drug test take?
Most walk-in collections are completed quickly. Laboratory results may take from a few hours to several business days depending on the service.
Do I need an appointment?
Most testing services accept walk-ins. Appointments are required for DOT and Non-DOT physicals. Always call ahead for Saturday or after-hours service.
What should I bring?
Bring a valid photo ID and any employer, court, program or authorization forms connected to your test.
How soon will I receive results?
Many negative laboratory results are available within 24–48 hours. Positive or confirmed results may take 2–5 business days.
How are results delivered?
Results may be delivered securely by email, fax or an authorized portal according to the test and employer instructions.
Are results confidential?
Testing information is handled confidentially and shared only with authorized parties under applicable requirements.
Do you provide DOT testing?
Yes. Test First provides DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing for CDL drivers and other safety-sensitive employees.
Can you test at my business?
Yes. Mobile on-site collections are available across the Dallas area.
Do you offer court or probation testing?
Yes. Services can include appropriate documentation and chain-of-custody procedures for legal and program requirements.
What payments do you accept?
Payment options may include cash, credit or debit card, Zelle and approved company invoicing.
What is a chain-of-custody form?
It documents how a specimen is collected, handled, transferred and processed for regulated or legal testing.
Can someone under 18 be tested?
Yes, with appropriate parent or guardian consent.
What if I cannot provide a urine specimen?
Collection procedures vary by program. Staff will explain the applicable waiting period, rescheduling or refusal documentation.
Is after-hours service available?
Staff may respond after hours for services such as post-accident and reasonable-suspicion testing. A $275 after-hours fee applies.
