Information we collect
When you contact us, check in, request mobile service or create a Training Academy account, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, requested service, appointment details and message. Academy features may also maintain account, enrollment, course-progress and certificate records.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, coordinate testing or training services, operate employer and fleet programs, maintain course records, process authorized transactions, protect the website and improve our services.
Do not submit sensitive information through general forms
Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers, medical histories, drug-test results, payment-card numbers or other sensitive records through a general website form. Call us for instructions when protected or confidential documentation is required.
Service providers
We may use service providers to host the website, deliver form messages, operate account features, process payments and provide testing or training support. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for the requested service, business operations or legal obligations.
Website measurement
If Google Analytics is enabled, we measure visits to public pages, call and directions clicks, and employer-request submission events. This measurement excludes form-field contents, query strings, test results and private account pages. Google may process device and cookie identifiers. Browser privacy controls and tracking blockers can restrict this measurement.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required business records and meet legal or contractual obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information submitted through a general inquiry, subject to legal, regulatory and record-retention requirements.
